Patentability Opinions and Advice
The NeedAn innovation is ready for patenting, but prior patents, literature, or devices have been discovered. Is the innovation patentable in view of what came before? A patentability study and the resulting opinion and advice may help a client to decide whether it would be worthwhile to invest the time and money necessary to obtain a patent. The ServiceA patentability study is the process of comparing an innovation with what came before in order to determine whether the innovation is patentable. Once a patentability study has been performed, a patentability opinion indicating whether the innovation appears to be patentable is typically given.
